If you lie about Flemeth, she doesnt ever come back in this game. Maybe sometime in the distant future after the end she kills morrigan, but it wont come back to bite you in the game. User Info: TheWeaveX.

And to answer your question, Flemeth doesn't do anything after the quest anyway, so you can leave her alone if you want to. User Info: menalaos As long as you give Morrigan Flemeth's true grimoire she is happy. Morrigan never questions you about what happens and doesn't seem to care. By gandanlin - Sat Jul 09, am. She did save the Wardens from the darkspawn in the tower at Ostagar, so there is a sort of debt there that is poorly repaid by coming back and killing her. Of course Morrigan says that Flemeth lives by taking over the bodies of her "daughters," and that may be a good enough reason to do battle with Flemeth. I have tried bargaining with Flemeth but that causes a loss of approval with Wynne, so I reloaded and opted for the fight.
But Wynne does not like Morrigan much, either. All I can say is that by killing Flemeth it seems to open up the possibility of receiving Morrigan's ring and having her teach her shapeshifting talents. I've always killed Flemeth, so I am not certain these cannot be obtained in other ways. In any case, killing Flemeth apparently does not really kill her according to what Morrigan says afterward.
